Article D214-5 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Authorisation is granted by the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée on the basis of a file that includes:
1° The federation’s articles of association;
2° Where applicable, the federation’s internal regulations.
The President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée must be notified of any changes to the information provided in support of the application for authorisation within three months.

Article D214-5

L’habilitation est accordée par le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée au vu d’un dossier qui comprend :
1° Les statuts de la fédération ;
2° Le cas échéant, le règlement intérieur de la fédération.
Toute modification des renseignements fournis à l’appui de la demande d’habilitation est communiquée au président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée dans un délai de trois mois.
