Article D214-8 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Authorisation to organise the open-air film screenings referred to in 6° of Article L. 214-1 is granted by the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée on the basis of a file that includes:
1° An indication of the town or towns in whose territory the screenings are to take place, the date of the screenings and the place where they are to be held;
2° For each film in the programme: the title, number and date of the cinematographic exhibition permit, if applicable, and the number of screenings planned.

Article D214-8

L’autorisation d’organiser les séances de spectacles cinématographiques en plein air mentionnées au 6° de l’article L. 214-1 est accordée par le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée au vu d’un dossier qui comprend :
1° L’indication de la ou des communes sur le territoire desquelles ont lieu les séances, la date de celles-ci et le lieu où elles sont organisées ;
2° Pour chaque œuvre cinématographique figurant au programme : le titre, le numéro et la date du visa d’exploitation cinématographique s’il y a lieu ainsi que le nombre de séances prévues.
