Article D2232-1-1 of the French Labour Code

The agreement or convention setting up the standing joint negotiation and interpretation committee defined in I of article L. 2232-9 includes the numerical or postal address of this committee, in order to enable the transmission provided for in the seventh paragraph of II of the same article.

In the absence of stipulations relating to the address of the committee, the most diligent of the employers’ professional organisations and the employees’ trade union organisations that are representative in the branch sends this address to the Ministry of Labour.

The Ministry of Labour publishes on its website the list of addresses mentioned in the agreements and conventions in application of the first paragraph or communicated in application of the second paragraph. The Joint Committee shall notify it of any change of address with a view to updating this list.

L’accord ou la convention mettant en place la commission paritaire permanente de négociation et d’interprétation définie au I de l’article L. 2232-9 comporte l’adresse numérique ou postale de cette commission, afin de permettre la transmission prévue au septième alinéa du II du même article.

A défaut de stipulations relatives à l’adresse de la commission, l’organisation la plus diligente parmi les organisations professionnelle d’employeurs et les organisations syndicales de salariés représentatives dans la branche transmet cette adresse au ministère chargé du travail.

Le ministère chargé du travail publie sur son site internet la liste des adresses mentionnées dans les accords et conventions en application du premier alinéa ou communiquées en application du deuxième alinéa. La commission paritaire lui notifie tout éventuel changement d’adresse en vue d’une actualisation de cette liste.
