Article D2261-4-3 of the French Labour Code

The organisations mentioned inArticle L. 2261-27-1 have one month from the publication of the notice provided for inArticle L. 2261-19 to ask the Minister to refer the matter to the group of experts.

This request is submitted to the central services of the Ministry of Labour. The Minister responsible for labour shall refer the request provided for in the previous paragraph to the chairman of the group of experts.

Les organisations mentionnées à l’article L. 2261-27-1 disposent d’un délai d’un mois à compter de la publication de l’avis prévu à l’article L. 2261-19 pour demander au ministre la saisine du groupe d’experts.

Cette demande est déposée auprès des services centraux du ministère du travail. Le ministre chargé du travail saisit le président du groupe d’expert de la demande prévue à l’alinéa précédent.
