Article D2261-4-5 of the French Labour Code

In carrying out the activities of the group of experts, its members may neither seek nor accept instructions from any authority.

They shall be bound to secrecy with regard to the debates in which they have participated and with regard to the information to which they have had access in the course of their work.

In the event of failure to comply with the obligations set out in this article, the mandate of a member may be suspended by the Chairman of the Group of Experts.

Ils sont tenus au secret sur les débats auxquels ils ont participé et sur les informations auxquelles ils ont eu accès dans le cadre de leurs travaux.


En cas de manquement aux obligations prévues au présent article, le mandat d’un membre peut être suspendu par le président du groupe d’experts.
