Article D232-8-1 of the French Commercial code

I. – The threshold provided for in I of article L. 232-6 is set at 750 million euros.

II. – The threshold provided for in I of Article L. 232-6-1 is the net turnover set at 12 million euros.

III. – For the application of 2° of II of Article L. 232-6-1, the threshold provided for in I is converted into the currency of the State or territory in which the company concerned is established, by applying the exchange rate in force on 21 December 2021 published in the Official Journal of the European Union, and rounded to the nearest thousand.

Article D232-8-1

I. – Le seuil prévu au I de l’article L. 232-6 est fixé à 750 millions d’euros.

II. – Le seuil prévu au I de l’article L. 232-6-1 est le montant net du chiffre d’affaires fixé à 12 millions d’euros.

III. – Pour l’application du 2° du II de l’article L. 232-6-1, le seuil prévu au I est converti dans la monnaie de l’Etat ou territoire où est établie la société concernée, en appliquant le taux de change en vigueur au 21 décembre 2021 publié au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne, et arrondi au millier le plus proche.
