Article D232-84 of the French Sports Code

Decisions granting Therapeutic Use Exemptions are forwarded by the French Anti-Doping Agency to the World Anti-Doping Agency as well as to the International Federation concerned and, where applicable, to the foreign National Anti-Doping Organisation concerned, within twenty-one days of their notification. The same applies to decisions rejecting an admissible application.

In accordance with Article L. 232-2, the French Anti-Doping Agency will review its decision if requested to do so by the World Anti-Doping Agency within twenty-one days of the decision being communicated.

Les décisions accordant les autorisations d’usage à des fins thérapeutiques sont transmises par l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage à l’Agence mondiale antidopage ainsi qu’à la fédération internationale concernée et, le cas échéant, à l’organisation nationale antidopage étrangère concernée, dans un délai de vingt et un jours à compter de leur notification. Il en va de même des décisions rejetant une demande recevable.

Conformément à l’article L. 232-2, l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage procède à un réexamen de sa décision si celui-ci est demandé par l’Agence mondiale antidopage dans le délai de vingt et un jours suivant la transmission de cette décision.
