Article D2352-1 of the French Labour Code

Within one month of the publication of the draft constitution of a European Company, the directors of the participating companies shall inform their trade union organisations and those of their subsidiaries and establishments which have representatives or elected representatives within the meaning of the first paragraph of article L. 2352-5:
1° The identity of the companies, subsidiaries and establishments;
2° Where they are located;
3° Their legal status;
4° The nature of their activities.

Dans le délai d’un mois à compter de la publication du projet de constitution d’une société européenne, les dirigeants des sociétés participantes portent à la connaissance de leurs organisations syndicales, de celle de leurs filiales et établissements qui disposent de représentants ou d’élus au sens du premier alinéa de l’article L. 2352-5 :
1° L’identité des sociétés, filiales et établissements ;
2° Le lieu de leur implantation ;
3° Leur statut juridique ;
4° La nature de leurs activités.
