Article D2362-13 of the French Labour Code

The appointment of the members of the special negotiating body is notified to the legal entity or natural person, subsidiary or establishment within which the employee representatives work or, where applicable, to the management body mandated for this purpose.

The managers of the legal entities or natural persons, subsidiaries and establishments forward to the managers of the participating legal entities or natural persons the names of the persons thus designated and that of the persons elected in application of the provisions of articles D. 2362-10 to D. 2362-12.

They shall make this information known to their employees, by posting or by any other means, as well as to the Labour Inspectorate.

Les désignations des membres du groupe spécial de négociation sont notifiées à la personne morale ou la personne physique, filiale ou établissement au sein duquel travaillent les représentants des salariés ou, le cas échéant, à l’organe de direction mandaté à cet effet.

Les dirigeants des personnes morales ou les personnes physiques, filiales et établissements transmettent aux dirigeants des personnes morales ou personnes physiques participantes le nom des personnes ainsi désignées et celui des personnes élues en application des dispositions des articles D. 2362-10 à D. 2362-12.

Ils font connaître ces informations à leurs salariés, par affichage ou par tout autre moyen, ainsi qu’à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail.
