Article D2362-2 of the French Labour Code

The directors of legal entities or natural persons shall inform their trade union organisations, their subsidiaries and their establishments that have representatives or elected representatives:

1° The number of their employees at the date of publication of the draft constitution, in France college by college and in the other Member States ;

2° Where the European Cooperative Society is not composed exclusively of natural persons, the forms of participation existing within the meaning of article L. 2361-4 insofar as it refers to article L. 2351-6 ;

3° The number of seats on the special negotiation body allocated to each Member State, calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2362-3 insofar as it refers to Article L. 2352-3.

Les dirigeants des personnes morales ou les personnes physiques indiquent à leurs organisations syndicales, à leurs filiales et à leurs établissements disposant de représentants ou d’élus :

1° Le nombre de leurs salariés à la date de la publication du projet de constitution, en France collège par collège et dans les autres Etats membres ;

2° Lorsque la société coopérative européenne n’est pas composée exclusivement de personnes physiques, les formes de participation existant au sens de l’article L. 2361-4 en ce qu’il renvoie à l’article L. 2351-6 ;

3° Le nombre de sièges au groupe spécial de négociation revenant à chaque Etat membre, calculé conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 2362-3 en ce qu’il renvoie à l’article L. 2352-3.
