Article D2411-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The request is addressed:

1° To the chairman of the union commission in the cases provided for in articles L. 2411-4, L. 2411-6 and in the sixth paragraph of article L. 2412-1 ;

2° To the mayor of the commune in the cases provided for in the seventh and eighth paragraphs of article L. 2412-1;

3° To the prefect in the cases provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 2411-3, in article L. 2411-11, the second paragraph of article L. 2411-16 and the eighth paragraph of article L. 2412-1. The prefect informs the mayor of the commune, who forwards the list of voters for the section concerned to the prefectoral authority that referred the matter to him/her within one month.

La demande est adressée :

1° Au président de la commission syndicale dans les cas prévus aux articles L. 2411-4, L. 2411-6 et au sixième alinéa de l’article L. 2412-1 ;

2° Au maire de la commune dans les cas prévus aux septième et huitième alinéas de l’article L. 2412-1 ;

3° Au préfet dans les cas prévus au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2411-3, à l’article L. 2411-11, au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2411-16 et au huitième alinéa de l’article L. 2412-1. Le préfet en informe le maire de la commune, qui transmet dans le mois à l’autorité préfectorale qui l’avait saisi, la liste des électeurs de la section concernée.
