Article D2564-18 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Prefect shall request the repayment of all or part of the grant in the following cases:

a) If the allocation of the subsidised investment has been modified without his authorisation before the expiry of the period set in the order awarding the grant;

b) If he is aware that the ceiling provided for in the second paragraph of article D. 2564-14;

c) If the operation is not carried out within the period stipulated in article D. 2564-16.

Article D2564-18

Le préfet demande le reversement total ou partiel de la subvention dans les cas suivants :

a) Si l’affectation de l’investissement subventionné a été modifiée sans son autorisation avant l’expiration du délai fixé dans l’arrêté attributif de la subvention ;

b) S’il a connaissance d’un dépassement du plafond prévu au second alinéa de l’article D. 2564-14 ;

c) Si l’opération n’est pas réalisée dans le délai prévu à l’article D. 2564-16.
