Article D2564-9 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The grant application is submitted by the mayor, the president of the competent inter-communal public cooperation establishment, the president or director of any public law legal entity exercising competence relating to the construction and renovation of schools.

For the application of article D. 2564-7, the list of documents to be produced in support of the application is determined by order of the minister responsible for overseas France.

La demande de subvention est présentée par le maire, le président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale compétent, le président ou directeur de toute personne morale de droit public exerçant la compétence relative à la construction et à la rénovation des établissements scolaires.

Pour l’application de l’article D. 2564-7, la liste des pièces à produire à l’appui de la demande est déterminée par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’outre-mer.
