Article D2573-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The provisions of the section of Chapter II of Title II of Book I of Part Two mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table subject to the adaptations provided for in II to IV.

Ia. – For the application of Article D. 2122-7-2, the words: “within the meaning of Article R. 276-2 of the Book of Tax Procedures” are replaced by the words: “within the meaning of locally applicable regulations”.

II. – For the application of Articles R. 2122-8, the words: “category A civil servants” are replaced by the words: “municipal civil servants belonging to the design and management category”.

III. – For the application of article R. 2122-9-1:

1° The words: “pursuant to 9° of article L. 2122-21” are deleted;

2° After the words: “is set”, the end of the sentence is worded as follows: “by the regulations applicable locally”.

IV. – For the application of article R. 2122-10, the word “grande” is replaced by the word “première”.

II. ― Pour l’application des articles R. 2122-8, les mots : ” fonctionnaires de catégorie A ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” agents de la fonction publique communale appartenant à la catégorie conception et encadrement ”.

III. ― Pour l’application de l’article R. 2122-9-1 :

1° Les mots : ” en application du 9° de l’article L. 2122-21 ” sont supprimés ;

2° Après les mots : ” est fixée ”, la fin de la phrase est rédigée comme suit : ” par la réglementation applicable localement ”.

IV. ― Pour l’application de l’article R. 2122-10, le mot : ” grande ” est remplacé par le mot : ” première ”.
