The amount of the share of the envelope of the development grant for overseas communes mentioned in 2° of II of Article L. 2334-23-1 intended for the communes of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is distributed among them at a rate of 50% in proportion to the population of the communes, as defined in Article L. 2334-2, and 50% in proportion to the surface area of the communes.
For the application of this part to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the words: “departmental or, where applicable, regional director of public finance” are replaced by the words: “director in charge of the Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon public finance department”.
