Article D2573-51 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – Article R. 2334-13, with the exception of its second paragraph, and the articles R. 2334-14 and R. 2334-17 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II, III and IV.

II. – For the application of Article R. 2334-13, the words: “The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale” are replaced by the words: “The High Commissioner of the Republic in French Polynesia”.

III. – For the application of Article R. 2334-14:

1° The words: “on behalf of the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale” are deleted;

2° The words: “Articles R. 2334-15 to R. 2334-17” are replaced by the words: “Article R. 2334-17”.

IV. – For the application of article R. 2334-17, the words: “the accounting officer of the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale” are replaced by the words: “the public accountant”.

III. – Pour l’application de l’article R. 2334-14 :

1° Les mots : ” pour le compte du Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale ” sont supprimés ;

2° Les mots : ” les articles R. 2334-15 à R. 2334-17 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” l’article R. 2334-17 ”.

IV. – Pour l’application de l’article R. 2334-17, les mots : ” l’agent comptable du Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” le comptable public ”.
