I. – The articles R. 2114-1 and R. 2114-2 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptation provided for in II.
II. – In article R. 2114-1, the words: “of the Minister of the Interior” are replaced by the words: “of the Minister responsible for Overseas France”.
