Article D2573-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – Article D. 2112-1 is applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II. – For the application of Article D. 2112-1:

1° After the words: “French Republic” are inserted the words: “and, for information, in the Official Journal of French Polynesia”;

2° After the words: “Minister of the Interior” are added the words: “and the Minister responsible for Overseas France”.

I. – L’article D. 2112-1 est applicable aux communes de la Polynésie française sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II.

II. – Pour l’application de l’article D. 2112-1 :

1° Après les mots : ” République française ” sont insérés les mots : ” et, pour information, au Journal officiel de la Polynésie française ” ;

2° Après les mots : ” ministre de l’intérieur ” sont ajoutés les mots : ” et du ministre chargé de l’outre-mer ”.
