Article R2573-53 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The quota referred to in Article R. 2573-52 is calculated by applying to the amount of the quota referred to in Article L. 2334-34 the ratio existing between the population of all the communes of French Polynesia and the population of all the communes or territorial divisions of French Polynesia, the Wallis and Futuna Islands and New Caledonia.

The population taken into account is that defined in Article L. 2334-2.

La quote-part mentionnée à l’article R. 2573-52 est calculée par application au montant de la quote-part mentionnée à l’article L. 2334-34 du rapport existant entre la population de l’ensemble des communes de Polynésie française et la population de l’ensemble des communes ou circonscriptions territoriales de Polynésie française, des îles Wallis et Futuna et de Nouvelle-Calédonie.


La population prise en compte est celle définie à l’article L. 2334-2.
