Les majorations de population fictive sont attribuées uniformément pour deux ans, avec recensement obligatoire à l’expiration de ce délai et sans qu’à cette date puisse être laissé à la commune le bénéfice d’une population fictive résiduelle.

En outre, il ne peut être procédé pour une même commune à l’exécution d’un nouveau recensement complémentaire après l’attribution d’une nouvelle population fictive dans l’année qui suit la première attribution et qui précède celle de son recensement complémentaire obligatoire.
