Article R2573-55 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

A commission placed under the High Commissioner of the Republic in French Polynesia sets each year the categories of priority operations eligible for the subsidies mentioned in Article R. 2573-54 and, within the limits set by article R. 2334-27, the minimum and maximum rates of subsidy applicable to each of them.

The High Commissioner shall determine each year, according to the categories and within the limits set by the commission, the list of operations to be subsidised as well as the amount of State aid allocated to the communes mentioned in Article R. 2573-54, as well as to groups of communes, for carrying out these operations.

Une commission placée auprès du haut-commissaire de la République en Polynésie française fixe chaque année les catégories d’opérations prioritaires éligibles aux subventions mentionnées à l’article R. 2573-54 et, dans les limites fixées par l’article R. 2334-27, les taux minimaux et maximaux de subventions applicables à chacune d’elles.

Le haut-commissaire arrête chaque année, suivant les catégories et dans les limites fixées par la commission, la liste des opérations à subventionner ainsi que le montant de l’aide de l’Etat attribuée aux communes mentionnées à l’article R. 2573-54, ainsi qu’aux groupements de communes, pour la réalisation de ces opérations.
