Article D2573-11 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The provisions of Chapter I of Title III of Book I of Part Two mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table subject to the adaptations provided for in II to III.

II. – For the application of article R. 2131-5 :

1° In 5°, the words: “the buyer’s presentation report provided for in Article 105 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 on public contracts” are deleted;

2° In 6°, the words: “Articles 50 and 51 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25 March 2016” are replaced by the words: “locally applicable provisions. “;

III. – For the application of article R. 2131-6, references to articles of the public procurement code are replaced by references to locally applicable regulations.

I. – Les dispositions du chapitre Ier du titre III du livre Ier de la deuxième partie mentionnées dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après sont applicables en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau sous réserve des adaptations prévues aux II au III.

2° Au 6°, les mots : ” des articles 50 et 51 du décret n° 2016-360 du 25 mars 2016 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” des dispositions applicables localement. ” ;

III. – Pour l’application de l’article R. 2131-6, les références aux articles du code des marchés publics sont remplacées par des références à la réglementation applicable localement.
