Article D2573-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles R. 2132-1 to 2132-4 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II. – For the application of the provisions of article R. 2132-3, the words: “within one month of” are replaced by the words: “within two months of”.
