Article D2573-9 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles D. 2123-23-1 and D. 2123-23-2 and the articles D. 2123-25 to D. 2123-28 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II and III.

II. – For the application of articles D. 2123-23-1 and D. 2123-23-2, the words: “social security scheme” are replaced by the words: “locally applicable scheme”.

III – For the application of article D. 2123-25:

1° The words: “, presidents and vice-presidents of urban communities” are deleted;

2° The words: “1st January 1973” are replaced by the words: “1st January 1980”.

II. ― Pour l’application des articles D. 2123-23-1 et D. 2123-23-2, les mots : ” régime de sécurité sociale ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” régime applicable localement ”.

III. ― Pour l’application de l’article D. 2123-25 :

1° Les mots : “, présidents et vice-présidents des communautés urbaines ” sont supprimés ;

2° Les mots : ” 1er janvier 1973 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” 1er janvier 1980 ”.
