The following provisions apply in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:
1° The criteria for trade union representativeness, set out in Chapter I of Title II of Book I ;
2° The conditions of validity for negotiating and concluding collective labour agreements, as set out in Chapter I of Title III of Book II;
3° The rules applicable to each level of negotiation, as set out in Chapter II of Title III of Book II;
4° Branch and professional negotiations, as provided for in Section 1 of Chapter I of Title IV of Book II;
5° Three-yearly branch and professional negotiations on professional equality between women and men, as provided for in sub-section 2 of section 2 of chapter I of title IV of book II;
6° Three-yearly industry and professional negotiations on disabled workers, as provided for in sub-section 3 of section 2 of chapter I of title IV of book II;
7° Triennial industry and professional negotiations in the field of vocational training and apprenticeship, as provided for in sub-section 4 of section 2 of chapter I of title IV of book II;
8° The conditions for the applicability of agreements, as provided for in Chapter I of Title VI of Book II;
9° The effect of the application of agreements, as provided for in Chapter II of Title VI of Book II;
10° The National Commission for Collective Bargaining, Employment and Vocational Training, as provided for in Title VII of Book II.
