Title II: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon

With a view to defining the essential elements used to determine professional classifications and qualification levels, the collective agreements concluded in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin and their amendments take into account, in order to be extended, the vocational training certificate mentioned in article L. 2622-1.

The vocational training certificate issued in the adapted military service units corresponds to any document signed by the commanding officer certifying successful completion of the vocational training assessment tests followed, for at least eight hundred hours, within the troop corps.

For the application of article L. 23-112-1 in Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the following number of seats is allocated: 1° For the Saint-Barthélemy regional inter-professional joint committee: five seats for employee trade union organisations and five seats for employer trade union organisations; 2° For the Saint-Martin regional cross-industry joint committee: seven seats for employee trade union organisations and seven seats for professional employers’ organisations; 3° For the Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon regional joint…

For the application of Article L. 2234-7, the powers vested in the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment and the Departmental Unit Manager are exercised in Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin by the Director of Companies, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment and in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, by the Director of Social Cohesion, Labour, Employment and Population.
