Article D2622-1 of the French Labour Code

With a view to defining the essential elements used to determine professional classifications and qualification levels, the collective agreements concluded in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin and their amendments take into account, in order to be extended, the vocational training certificate mentioned in article L. 2622-1.

En vue de la définition des éléments essentiels servant à la détermination des classifications professionnelles et des niveaux de qualification, les conventions collectives conclues en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin ainsi que leurs avenants prennent en compte, pour pouvoir être étendus, l’attestation de formation professionnelle mentionnée à l’article L. 2622-1.
