Article D311-1 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The general conditions for granting financial aid are set by deliberation of the Board of Directors of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée in a consolidated document known as the “general regulations for financial aid from the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée”.
These deliberations are published in the Journal officiel de la République française after becoming enforceable under the conditions provided for in the third paragraph of Article R. 112-6.
The general financial aid regulations of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée are reproduced at the end of this code.

Article D311-1

Les conditions générales d’attribution des aides financières sont fixées par délibérations du conseil d’administration du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée dans un document consolidé et dénommé ” règlement général des aides financières du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée “.
Ces délibérations sont publiées au Journal officiel de la République française après être devenues exécutoires dans les conditions prévues au troisième alinéa de l’article R. 112-6.
Le règlement général des aides financières du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée est reproduit à la suite du présent code.
