Article D311-11 of the French Tourism Code

The rules relating to advertising inside specialised sales outlets within the meaning of 3° of article L. 3323-2 of the Public Health Code are, as far as hotels are concerned, set out in articles R. 3323-2 to R. 3323-4 of the Public Health Code, reproduced in article D. 312-1.
