The anti-tuberculosis centre shall inform the Director General of the Regional Health Agency of any changes to the organisational and operational procedures set out in the application for authorisation.
When it has been established in the presence of both parties that the centre’s operational procedures no longer meet the conditions laid down in Articles D. 3112-7 to D. 3112-8, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall give formal notice to the head of the centre to comply with these conditions within a period of time that he or she shall specify. If this formal notice is not acted upon within the time limit set, the authorisation may be withdrawn.
In an emergency involving the safety of users, authorisation may be suspended immediately.
