Article D3112-9 of the French Public Health Code

If the Director General of the Regional Health Agency does not respond to an application for authorisation or an application for renewal of authorisation, as referred to in I and III of Article D. 3112-8 respectively, this will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the application on expiry of a period of four months from the date of receipt of the complete application.

Le silence gardé par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé sur la demande d’habilitation et sur la demande de renouvellement de l’habilitation, respectivement mentionnées aux I et III de l’article D. 3112-8, vaut acceptation de ces demandes à l’expiration d’un délai de quatre mois à compter de la date de réception du dossier complet de la demande.
