Article D312-26 of the French Consumer Code

The information mentioned in article L. 312-62 is presented in accordance with the document attached as an appendix to this code.
The creditor shall provide this information to the consumer prior to the provision of the information mentioned in article L. 312-12. It provides the document, mentioned in the previous paragraph, on paper or on another durable medium at the latest when providing the information mentioned in article L. 312-12.

Les informations mentionnées à l’article L. 312-62 sont présentées conformément au document joint en annexe au présent code.
Le prêteur fournit ces informations au consommateur avant la fourniture des informations mentionnées à l’article L. 312-12. Il fournit le document, mentionné au précédent alinéa, sur support papier ou sur un autre support durable au plus tard lors de la fourniture des informations mentionnées à l’article L. 312-12.
