Article D312-29 of the French Consumer Code

The minimum repayment percentage established under the conditions defined in article D. 312-27 and the minimum maturity amount defined in article D. 312-28 correspond to a monthly repayment schedule.
In the case of an instalment covering a period other than a monthly payment, the lender determines the minimum repayment percentage and the minimum amount of the instalment in proportion to the period covered by this instalment.

Le pourcentage de remboursement minimal établi dans les conditions définies à l’article D. 312-27 et le montant minimal de l’échéance défini à l’article D. 312-28 correspondent à un rythme de remboursement mensuel.
Dans le cas d’une échéance portant sur une période autre qu’une mensualité, le prêteur détermine le pourcentage de remboursement minimal et le montant minimal de l’échéance au prorata de la période couverte par cette échéance.
