Article D312-31 of the French Consumer Code

Revolving credit is considered inactive if, for one year from the date of subscription or the date of the last renewal, the credit agreement or any associated means of payment has not been used.
The attached document referred to in Article L. 312-80 shall be provided no later than three months before the expiry date of the one-year period.

Article D312-31

Le crédit renouvelable est considéré comme inactif si, pendant un an à compter de la date de la souscription ou de la date de dernière reconduction, le contrat de crédit ou tout moyen de paiement associé n’a fait l’objet d’aucune utilisation.
Le document annexé mentionné à l’article L. 312-80 est fourni au plus tard trois mois avant la date d’expiration du délai d’un an.
