Article D3121-33-6 of the French Public Health Code

The medicines are kept in a place to which only the staff of the reception and support centre for harm reduction for drug users have access. They are stored under the conditions laid down in the marketing authorisation, under the responsibility of the centre director.

An annual statement of incoming and outgoing medicines is sent to the pharmacist of the regional health agency designated by the director general of the agency from among the staff mentioned in articles L. 1421-1 and L. 1435-7.

Les médicaments sont détenus dans un lieu auquel ont seuls accès les personnels du centre d’accueil et d’accompagnement à la réduction des risques pour usagers de drogues. Ils sont conservés, dans les conditions prévues par l’autorisation de mise sur le marché, sous la responsabilité du directeur du centre.

Un état annuel des entrées et sorties des médicaments est adressé au pharmacien de l’agence régionale de santé désigné par le directeur général de l’agence parmi les agents mentionnés aux articles L. 1421-1 et L. 1435-7.
