Article D3133-2 of the French Public Health Code

Periods of training and employment in the health reserve give entitlement to compensation from the employer, on the basis of the scale mentioned in article D. 3133-1.

An agreement is signed between the reservist, each of his/her employers and the Director General of the National Public Health Agency acting on behalf of the State. This agreement specifies the employer’s compensation arrangements.

At the end of each period of employment or training, the National Public Health Agency will provide the reservist with a certificate of service rendered, enabling the reservist to justify his absence to his employer.

In support of this certificate, the employer may request compensation from the Agence nationale de santé publique.

Les périodes de formation et d’emploi dans la réserve sanitaire ouvrent droit à indemnisation de l’employeur, sur la base du barème mentionné à l’article D. 3133-1.

Une convention est signée entre le réserviste, chacun de ses employeurs et le directeur général de l’Agence nationale de santé publique agissant au nom de l’Etat. Cette convention précise les modalités d’indemnisation de l’employeur.

A l’issue de chaque période d’emploi ou de formation, l’Agence nationale de santé publique fournit au réserviste une attestation de service fait permettant au réserviste de justifier son absence auprès de son employeur.

A l’appui de cette attestation, l’employeur peut solliciter une indemnisation auprès de l’Agence nationale de santé publique.
