Chapter III: Provisions applicable to medical reservists

Periods of training and employment in the health reserve for self-employed professionals, retired persons, students not remunerated for their studies and unemployed persons are compensated by the National Public Health Agency on the basis of a scale set by the Board of Directors.

Periods of training and employment in the health reserve give entitlement to compensation from the employer, on the basis of the scale mentioned in article D. 3133-1. An agreement is signed between the reservist, each of his/her employers and the Director General of the National Public Health Agency acting on behalf of the State.
