Article D314-26 of the French Consumer Code

The vocational training referred to in 2° of Article D. 314-23 as well as the continuing education referred to in Article D. 314-25 :

1° Their purpose is to enable people to acquire legal, economic and financial skills prior to entering the profession and to maintain these skills during their activity. The skills acquired in this context and their updating are subject to a control at the end of the training course;

2° Give rise to the issue of a booklet and a certificate signed by the person responsible for the training. Staff are also given a booklet signed by the persons with whom the training was attended. The booklet includes an appendix with the results of the skills assessment provided for in 1°. The certificate and booklet are returned to the holder at the end of the training course.

La formation professionnelle mentionnée au 2° de l’article D. 314-23 ainsi que la formation continue mentionnée à l’article D. 314-25 :

1° Ont pour objet de permettre d’acquérir, préalablement à l’entrée dans la profession, et de maintenir en cours d’activité des compétences en matière juridique, économique et financière. Les compétences acquises dans ce cadre et leurs mises à jour font l’objet d’un contrôle à l’issue de la formation ;

2° Donnent lieu à la délivrance d’un livret et d’une attestation signée par la personne responsable de la formation. Les personnels se voient également remettre un livret signé des personnes auprès desquelles la formation a été suivie. Le livret comprend en annexe les résultats du contrôle des compétences prévu au 1°. L’attestation et le livret sont remis à leur titulaire à l’issue de la formation.
