Article D314-28 of the French Consumer Code

The content of the training may be adapted where the persons concerned can provide their employer with evidence of having obtained a national diploma covering the knowledge, diligence and approaches provided for in Article D. 314-27. This national diploma attests to a first cycle of higher education in law, economics, finance or management, at level III within the meaning of the nomenclature of training levels used by the Commission nationale de la certification professionnelle.

Le contenu de la formation peut être adapté lorsque les personnes concernées justifient auprès de leur employeur de l’obtention d’un diplôme national portant sur les connaissances, diligences et démarches prévues à l’article D. 314-27. Ce diplôme national sanctionne un premier cycle d’études supérieures juridiques, économiques, financières ou de gestion, d’un niveau de formation III au sens de la nomenclature des niveaux de formation utilisés par la Commission nationale de la certification professionnelle.
