Article D3141-16 of the French Labour Code

The agreements mentioned in article D. 3141-15, approved by the Minister responsible for labour, indicate:
1° The reasons justifying the implementation of special affiliation rules;
2° The criterion or criteria according to which affiliation is carried out, in particular the percentage of turnover achieved with regard to the activities mentioned in articles D. 3141-12 and D. 3141-13 below which affiliation is not requested, as well as the activities specific to each profession that are excluded from the scope of affiliation;
3° The rules applicable to companies that do not install the products they manufacture or that subcontract it.

Article D3141-16

Les accords mentionnés à l’article D. 3141-15, approuvés par le ministre chargé du travail, indiquent :
1° Les motifs justifiant la mise en œuvre de règles particulières d’affiliation ;
2° Le ou les critères selon lesquels l’affiliation est réalisée, notamment le pourcentage du chiffre d’affaires réalisé s’agissant des activités mentionnées aux articles D. 3141-12 et D. 3141-13 en deçà duquel l’affiliation n’est pas demandée, ainsi que les activités spécifiques à chaque profession exclues du champ d’affiliation ;
3° Les règles applicables aux entreprises qui n’assurent pas la pose des produits qu’elles fabriquent ou qui la sous-traitent.
