Article D3141-26 of the French Labour Code

The companies mentioned in article D. 3141-14, established in another Member State of the European Union or in one of the other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, may be exempted from the obligations set out in this sub-section if they can prove that their employees benefit from their paid holiday entitlements for the period of secondment under conditions at least equivalent to those provided for by French legislation.

Les entreprises mentionnées à l’article D. 3141-14, établies dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou dans l’un des autres Etats partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, peuvent s’exonérer des obligations figurant à la présente sous-section si elles justifient que leurs salariés bénéficient de leurs droits à congés payés pour la période de détachement dans des conditions au moins équivalentes à celles prévues par la législation française.
