Article D3141-33 of the French Labour Code

The holiday pay referred to in article L. 3141-3 is calculated by multiplying one twenty-fifth of the hourly wage defined in article D. 3141-32 by twice the number of hours worked during the reference year.
For each additional day of leave granted for whatever reason, the employee receives the quotient of the indemnity mentioned in the first paragraph by the number of days of leave to which this indemnity corresponds.

L’indemnité du congé mentionné à l’article L. 3141-3 est le produit du vingt-cinquième du salaire horaire défini à l’article D. 3141-32 par le double du nombre d’heures de travail accomplies au cours de l’année de référence.
Pour chaque jour de congé supplémentaire attribué à quelque titre que ce soit, le salarié reçoit le quotient de l’indemnité mentionnée au premier alinéa par le nombre des jours de congé auquel cette indemnité correspond.
