The employer’s refusal to grant authorisation to participate in an activity in the operational reserve shall be substantiated and notified to the employee and the military authority within fifteen days of receipt of the request.

Le refus de l’employeur d’accorder l’autorisation de participer à une activité dans la réserve opérationnelle est motivé et notifié au salarié ainsi qu’à l’autorité militaire dans les quinze jours à compter de la réception de la demande.
