Approval gives the campaign initiator the right to use the following wording on its communication media: “Obesity and overweight prevention campaign approved by the ANSP”. The list of campaigns approved by the ANSP is published on its website.
Approval is granted for the duration of the campaign and, at most, for a period of two years. It may be renewed under the same conditions and for the same duration at the request of its initiator sent to the National Public Health Agency no later than one month before its expiry date.
