Article D331-13 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The application for final approval is submitted by the delegated production company after completion of the cinematographic or audiovisual work. In the case of a delegated co-production, the application is submitted jointly by the two production companies.

La demande d’agrément définitif est présentée, après l’achèvement de l’œuvre cinématographique ou audiovisuelle, par l’entreprise de production déléguée. En cas de coproduction déléguée, la demande est présentée conjointement par les deux entreprises de production.
