Article D3411-10 of the French Public Health Code

The medicinal products are kept in a place to which persons not belonging to the organisation do not have free access and are stored under the conditions laid down in the marketing authorisation, under the responsibility of the pharmacist or doctor authorised by the general director of the regional health agency.

An annual statement of incoming and outgoing medicinal products is sent to the pharmacist of the Regional Health Agency designated by the Director General of the Agency from among the staff mentioned in articles L. 1421-1 and L. 1435-7.

Les médicaments sont détenus dans un lieu auquel n’ont pas librement accès les personnes étrangères à l’organisme et conservés dans les conditions prévues par l’autorisation de mise sur le marché, sous la responsabilité du pharmacien ou du médecin autorisé par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

Un état annuel des entrées et sorties des médicaments est adressé au pharmacien de l’agence régionale de santé désigné par le directeur général de l’agence parmi les agents mentionnés aux articles L. 1421-1 et L. 1435-7.
