Article D3411-5 of the French Public Health Code

The centre director or manager has overall responsibility for the running of the centre. He or she is responsible for ensuring the overall coherence of staff activities and coordination with external contributors, either personally or, where appropriate, by delegation, while respecting the competencies and ethical rules of the various professionals. Article D3411-6 of the French Public Health Code

Experimental establishments within the meaning of 12° of article L. 312-1 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles, known as therapeutic communities, may be authorised as addiction care, support and prevention centres.
