Article R3413-1 of the French Public Health Code

A departmental list of relay doctors authorised to monitor therapeutic injunction measures in application of article L. 3413-1 is drawn up by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, after receiving the assent of the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal. It is reviewed annually.

Une liste départementale des médecins relais habilités à procéder au suivi des mesures d’injonction thérapeutique en application de l’article L. 3413-1 est établie par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, après avis conforme du procureur général près la cour d’appel. Elle est révisée annuellement.
