Under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister, the committee comprises :
1° The Minister of Foreign Affairs ;
2° The Minister for European Affairs;
3° The Minister for Social Affairs;
4° The Minister for Agriculture;
5° The Minister for the Budget;
6° The Minister for Cooperation;
7° The Minister for Culture;
8° The Minister for Defence;
9° The Minister for the Economy and Finance;
10° The Minister for Education;
11° The Minister for Higher Education;
12° The Minister for Industry;
13° The Minister for the Interior;
14° The Minister for Youth;
15° The Minister of Justice;
16° The Minister for Overseas Territories;
17° The Minister for Research;
18° The Minister for Health;
19° The Minister for Sport;
20° The Minister for Transport;
21° The Minister for Labour;
22° The Minister for Urban Affairs.
Other ministers may be invited to sit on this committee, depending on the issues on the agenda.
The Prime Minister may entrust the chairmanship of the Interministerial Committee to the Minister of the Interior when the Committee is examining issues relating to the fight against drug trafficking.
The secretariat of the committee is provided by the General Secretariat of the Government.
