Article D3411-2 of the French Public Health Code

Centres may specialise in providing care for people who use illicit psychoactive substances or alcohol.

In this case, they are only obliged to fulfil the missions mentioned in 2° and 3° of article D. 3411-1 for the people they care for, including their associated consumption.

Les centres peuvent spécialiser leur activité de prise en charge en direction de personnes consommant des substances psychoactives illicites ou de l’alcool.

Dans ce cas, ils ne sont tenus de remplir les missions mentionnées au 2° et au 3° de l’article D. 3411-1 que pour les personnes qu’ils prennent en charge, y compris pour leurs consommations associées.
